Cross-border donation platform
Three languages, two writing directions, a different payment provider per region.
The problem
Donors, campaign owners and ambassadors all needed different interfaces, in Arabic, Hebrew and English, with payment providers that differ by country and cannot simply be swapped.
What I built
A single Laravel API behind a React donation site and an Angular administration console. Payment routing is a per-region concern resolved at runtime, so adding a country is configuration plus one adapter. Both frontends are built right-to-left first rather than mirrored afterwards.
Where it landed
New regions launch without forking the platform, and the right-to-left experience is the designed one rather than a flipped afterthought.
